EMMA STANLEY - OWNER  

  For as long as I can remember, I have been enamored by animals of all shapes and sizes. I took up horse back riding at age 12, and started volunteering at animal shelters a few years later.  After rescuing and raising a blind dog in my late teens, I started to develop a very intuitive connection with all animals I encountered. A few friends even started referring to me as an animal whisperer!

  Another love of mine is traveling, and as all you pet parents know, trying to accommodate our pets can make traveling a bit tricky. In my twenties, I found myself traveling too frequently to properly care for an animal of my own. Traveling filled a void in my soul, but not having a pet left an even bigger one. And that is why I founded Soul Dogs in 2016.

  In my spare time I enjoy, rock climbing, yoga, camping and planning my next overseas adventure. My dream is to some day open a mobile foster clinic for homeless animals in Latin America.
